The Santa Cruz Design and Innovation Center is a tool; a means of connecting those seeking design and innovation help, such as businesses, with qualified,professional individuals.

SCD+IC embraces collaboration as a solution to business needs. Our online portal is a practical way for members to share connections, resources, information, and job opportunities. We hope to save talented professionals from working in a vacuum by providing an internet-based social media conversation platform.

For the same reason, we host regularly scheduled design events around Santa Cruz County. The contributors are recognized as leading innovators in their respective fields. The presentations are educational and interactive. We base the value of these events on the relationships formed, insights gained, and the experience that lingers after the presentation has ended.

We are constantly looking to the future and anticipating innovative ways of catalyzing the design community. Every member of our community makes us stronger.
