So how does one create the sensation of rotation? Substitute the human figure for a planet? Paint stars? How do you shade things in outer space anyway? These questions came up at the easel this weekend while working on my latest piece. It has been a puzzle I've been working on. I think I may be getting somewhere with this finally.
